Hi Mummy, choose books on topics she enjoys—such as fantasy, animals, or modern-day stories—to keep her motivated. This will allow her to focus on the grammar and vocabulary in context, and practice pronunciation and comprehension. You could discuss the new words with her, this will help her understand the deeper meanings. Some suggested books: Early Readers (Phonics + Sight Words): Dr. Seuss Beginner Books (e.g., Hop on Pop, The Cat in the Hat) – playful rhymes, repetition. Bob Books series – very simple sentences, designed for early readers. Fun & Relatable Stories: Pete the Cat series by James Dean & Eric Litwin – catchy, repetitive, and musical. Elephant & Piggie series by Mo Willems – short, funny For Vocabulary & Everyday Life: My First 100 Words (DK Publishing) – building vocab
