Hello, David. Thank you very much for your hard work in helping Eddy with his English learning. As the Oxford Reading Tree stories are getting more and more complex, I've found that Eddy's English foundation isn't solid. Continuing to read more advanced stories might not be very helpful to him. He can do phonics now, but he has difficulty understanding the meanings of words and sentences. After all, there are so many new and complex words later, which far exceed his current vocabulary. So now I'm going back to more elementary stories. Instead of focusing on the progress of the stories, I'm aiming for a deeper understanding and learning of them.
