Dear Mr. James, we sincerely apologize for missing today’s class. Unfortunately, we overslept and completely missed the session. We feel very bad about this and truly appreciate the time you had set aside for the lesson. Of course, we understand that the lesson fee still applies, and we take full responsibility for the missed class. Once again, we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Thank you for your understanding, and we will make sure to be more mindful in the future. Victor

Thank you for sharing your concerns and suggestions. I understand your perspective on the free talk approach. Preparing topics in advance could certainly make the sessions more focused and purposeful. I genuinely appreciate your valuable input and am more than willing to adapt the approach to better suit Michael’s learning needs. If you have any specific topics or themes that you think would engage Michael, please feel free to share them—I’d be delighted to incorporate them into our lessons.
